Please note that all artworks are crafted on canvas, and slight variations in appearance are to be expected. Marks, drops, and splashes of paint will differ across the collection, ensuring that no two pieces are exactly alike.

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return of the product within 10 days of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged item, you can request a repair, replacement or refund within 10 days of delivery.
Please note that made-to-order products, such as commissioned artwork and made-to-order artwork, are not eligible for return or refund.

We use professional external logistics providers to get your items to you in the safest way possible.
We usually deliver orders within 7 days of purchase.
For made-to-order pieces, production time must be added to the regular delivery time.
Delivery time may vary depending on the country of departure and destination country of the purchased products and whether a framing or stretching option has been added to your order.

The works will be sent rolled up inside a plastic tube in total security with a certificate of authenticity.
Shipping of framed works only up to 80 cm on each side, shipping and framing price to be agreed with the client.
For the shipping of large-format works, they are only sent rolled up in a plastic tube with all the necessary security measures.
You can track your order with a tracking link that you will receive via email 2-3 days (on average) after your purchase.
As we work with third-party vendors, this service may differ slightly from order to order. Some shipping companies may offer the ability to schedule at your convenience, although MCH cannot guarantee this.
Customs taxes and fees are not included in the price of the artwork.
In some cases, the shipping company will ask you to pay customs import fees.
