BIOGRAPHY

I was born in a small town in Argentina, surrounded by the sweeping expanse of the countryside, to a family of Italian immigrants. Though my roots are steeped in Italian culture, my art carries the spirit of the land where I grew up. Tiny marks and symbols scatter across my canvases, weaving together cubism, constructivism, and abstract geometry with the essence of my work: the language of colour.

Surrounded by nature’s vastness, with endless horizons and a profound sense of freedom, I found inspiration in large-scale creations. Though I pursued Interior Design at the National University of Litoral, my journey into painting began in my earlier years. It was during my time at the Accademia di Arte in Verona, Italy, that I realised painting was my true calling.

Today, I live in Senigallia, Italy, after journeys through many cities—Milan, Verona, Ancona, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Rosario, and my hometown, Ceres. Each place has left its imprint on me, shaping the vision and expression that flows through my work.

                                                                          VISION

My work is rooted in geometric abstraction as a way of thinking about human relationships and social realities. Through structured forms—circles, triangles, rhombuses, squares—and fields of color, I explore the bonds, tensions, and points of encounter that emerge between individuals and communities in contemporary society.
Each shape carries its own symbolic meaning: circles represent individuals, rhombuses represent social structures, broken or incomplete forms suggest displacement and marginalization, and triangles evoke energy, conflict, and transformation. These visual elements interact within shared spaces, reflecting coexistence, power dynamics, and inequalities, while maintaining their own identity.
My work also addresses human displacement and migratory movements shaped by conflict, economic instability, lack of opportunities, and unequal living conditions. These processes are translated into fragmentation, transition, overlap, and spatial reconfiguration, functioning as metaphors for adaptation, resilience, and reconstruction.
By using geometry as a universal visual language, I avoid literal representation, instead constructing compositions where balance, repetition, contrast, and tension communicate complex social realities. I do not seek closed narratives, but open spaces for interpretation, where difference does not divide, but builds.
Through these abstract structures, my work invites viewers to reflect not only on coexistence and identity, but also on the political, social, and human forces that shape our world.
